Job Summary
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by organizing, cleaning and implementing new design layouts when required
  • Daily inspections of the warehouse equipment
  • Follows and maintains transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, carriers, vendors and management
  • Strong team and independent work skills.
  • Physically fit and able to occasionally lift weights of up to 100lbs
  • Experience with forklifts and stock pickers preferred
  • Experience in warehousing and traffic preferred
  • Heavy duty truck industry experience preferred

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Required High School Diploma or GED.

  • Maintient des opérations de réception, d'entreposage et de distribution en suivant les politiques et les procédures;
  • Contrôler les niveaux d'inventaire en effectuant des décomptes physiques; ajustement au niveau de l'inventaire physique et du système informatique;
  • Maintenir l'état physique de l'entrepôt en organisant, en nettoyant et en mettant en œuvre de nouvelles dispositions de conception au besoin;
  • Inspections quotidiennes de l'équipement de l'entrepôt;
  • Suivre et maintenir les procédures de transport et de distribution afin de maximiser l'efficacité des livraisons.
  • Exigences en matière de compétences :
  • Expérience accrue au niveau du service à la clientèle, afin de traiter avec les clients, les autres employés ainsi que les transporteurs;
  • Habilité à travailler autant en équipe que seul;
  • Être en bonne forme physique et être capable de soulever occasionnellement des poids allant jusqu'à 100 lb;
  • Expérience souhaitable avec les chariots élévateurs à fourche ainsi qu'avec les chariots de marchandise;
  • Expérience souhaitable pour le travail en entrepôt et le transport;
  • Expérience au niveau de l'industrie des camions lourds.
  • Exigences en matière d'études et d'expérience :
  • 1-2 ans d'expérience en entrepôt;
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires requis ou une équivalence.
  • Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
