As a [Consultant], [Windows Administrator], your role will involve supporting Windows Systems, Virtualization, and managing IT systems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing vulnerability solutions.
  • Configuring and maintaining windows server environments.
  • Troubleshooting Windows OS issues and handling escalated incidents.
  • Ensuring system security and performance monitoring.
  • Managing Active Directory and Network Infrastructure.
  • Participating in system builds, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Assisting in VM conversions and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Optimizing server performance and monitoring resources.
  • Deploying new servers and supporting production environments.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in Technology with a focus on Computers or IT.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.

Willingness to engage in on-call support when necessary.

  • Preferably familiar with Capital Markets Domain.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other relevant IT products.
  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting IT infrastructure.

Experience:

4-5 years of relevant experience.
