Are you known for your meticulous attention to detail, high standards, and willingness to assist others in providing an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients? If so, hop aboard for the role of PIA Client Service Associate. As a key player, you'll offer specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team, handling a variety of tasks. You'll interact with clients and branch staff, shaping crucial first impressions that impact our business and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare documentation and update IAs for client meetings
  • Create reports to analyze client accounts; mentor customers on products and services, spotting referral opportunities
  • Manage leads, ensure accurate referral coding, and gain approval for marketing materials
  • Be well-versed in compliance requirements, covering account documentation and marketing materials
  • Deliver top-notch client service, addressing inquiries via phone, mail, and email with a solid understanding of full-service brokerage
  • Champion outstanding client experiences, interacting with team members, colleagues, and clients
  • Adhere to policies, maintain risk management, and strive for continuous improvement in performance

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably hold an undergraduate degree or community college diploma
  • Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook
  • Licensed with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as an Investment Representative or Registered Representative
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering relationships and collaborating effectively
