The perfect candidate will have prior experience in a dealership or similar setting, overseeing vehicle inventory and preparing vehicles for transportation.

You Are:

  • Adaptable. You can easily switch tasks to help other departments with top-priority requests.

  • Dependable. You are trustworthy and can be relied upon to finish assigned tasks.

You Will:

  • Ensure vehicles are auction-ready and in working order (e.g., boosting, refueling, addressing lockouts, prepping for towing, and inflating tires)
  • Operate various motor vehicles safely, following our driver safety protocols
  • Accurately document all provided services (fuel, towing, etc.) for precise billing
  • Prepare vehicles for progression through our remarketing system, including staging for reconditioning shops or transportation
  • Move, mark, flag, and/or stage vehicles as instructed
  • Photograph vehicles after reconditioning services
  • Maintain an organized and orderly lot for efficient operations, including conducting regular inventory scans
  • Offer customer service by aiding customers or internal departments in retrieving their vehicles
  • Support vehicle stocking in & out process, acting as the primary backup
  • Inventory & store personal belongings from repossessed vehicles adhering to company & client guidelines
  • Assist inside account coordinator with repo redemption process
  • Perform manual snow removal when necessary (clearing snow from vehicles, light yard shoveling)
  • Might be tasked with operating snow removal equipment (plow truck, bobcat, loader)
  • Might be required to tow vehicles

You Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Mandatory possession of a valid Drivers' license
  • Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions is preferred
  • Essential computer & smartphone literacy
  • Bilingualism is advantageous
  • Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Proficiency in operating plow truck, bobcat, loader, and/ or tow truck is a strong advantage
  • Licensing for operating motorcycles or ATVs is beneficial
  • Excellent customer service and communication aptitude
