L'objectif global de l'opérateur CMS est d'attirer et de fidéliser les clients en fournissant un service client exceptionnel.

**Responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux alarmes et aux signaux en suivant les protocoles et les normes du client, comme indiqué
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques entrants liés aux alarmes, répartir les autorités au besoin
- Fournir une assistance en dehors des heures d'ouverture : dépannage, création et planification de tickets de service
- Travailler avec nos clients pour vérifier les signaux, mettre à jour les informations et fournir des rapports
- Participer activement aux sessions de coaching et effectuer des évaluations de performance en milieu et en fin d'année

**Qualifications**:

- Doit être disponible pour travailler les quarts de soir et de fin de semaine du lundi au dimanche.
- Au moins six mois d'expérience en service à la clientèle de préférence
- Capacité d'écouter attentivement et d'utiliser les informations fournies par les clients pour adapter les réponses et les actions aux besoins spécifiques des clients
- Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, d'analyse et de prise de décision
- Compétences informatiques intermédiaires
- Une attention supérieure aux détails
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Expérience en sécurité un atout
