Our expectations:

The main responsibility of the Sales Specialist, Pro Services is to act as the go-to person in the store for Pro sales, offering comprehensive product information to customers and fellow RONA associates.

Your role:

  • Maximize sales and profits by reaching out to targeted customers, identifying sales chances, and adhering to Pro services monthly program
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly solving customer issues
  • Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assist customers in various tasks
  • Open business accounts and handle government accounts
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies
  • Complete all assigned duties

The qualifications we seek:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and resolving customer issues
  • Proficiency in entering and submitting customer sales orders
  • Experience in promoting product-related services and plans
  • Proven ability to reach sales goals
  • Experience in a trade related to commercial sales
  • B2B sales experience
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
