Then this job is for you We are looking for a Associate Team Leader, but not just any Assistant Team Leader. We want someone who can create a HAPPY to HELP environment, while maintaining exceptional team morale. You will be assisting the Team Leader with all aspects of daily operations, including executive and team lead administration, process management, data entry and much more The ideal candidate should be able to hire, train, and develop Team Members to minimize turnover. You are able to schedule and manage labour effectively and support the store through effective cross-training. Experience-wise, we're looking for someone with 12+ months of retail experience, including 6+ months of team leadership experience. L'OCA Quality Market is an emerging specialty grocer and gourmet food retailer in Canada whose purpose is to "Spread the Love" by delivering a world-class food experience.
