Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is primarily responsible for Customer Shuttle services and ensuring an excellent relationship between customer and dealership is maintained.


Responsibilities:

  • Check guest vehicle in, as per guidelines and protocols and relocate vehicle if required.
  • Pickup or deliver cars and or guests as required and requested.
  • Drive in a safe manner with due regard for vehicle, traffic and road conditions.
  • Assist with general duties requested by management
  • Perform walk around and document walk around
  • Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond where required.
  • A valid Ontario Class "G" driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience:

  • Dealership: 1 year (required)
  • Experience in selling/customer service of luxury brands (23 years)

License:
