Purpose
This role is responsible for the successful strategic implementation and development of a client or a group of clients. This position will influence both internal and external decision makers and must be able to react quickly to changes.
Essential Functions
- Develop value proposition statements and drive solutions to ensure success for projects.
- Act as the main liaison between client and DAVACO.
- Responsible for monthly and/or quarterly internal and external business reviews
- Responsible for client penetration and relationship alignment
- Responsible for developing local level relationships, management and engagement for both internal and external clients
- Create and execute SOP and SOW for respective stakeholders. Responsible for obtaining signatures from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous improvement for processes and identify and correct gaps in processes
- Responsible for writing and deploying invoicing requirements contained within the SOP and SOW
- Collaborate with accounting and project managers to implement procedures as required
