  • Analyze contract documents, prepare cost estimates, and takeoffs for projects involving earthworks.
  • Assemble accurate estimates and manage bids effectively.
  • Coordinate subcontractor quotes and assist in the buy-out process.
  • Develop schedules, assess project risks, and engage with subcontractors for pricing.
  • Collaborate with various teams on writing execution plans, safety protocols, and quality documentation.
  • Present estimates for review and monitor project success for future opportunities.

Is this the perfect role for you?

  • Experience in Project Management and Fieldwork is advantageous.
  • Background in civil construction and familiarity with B2W suite is beneficial.
  • Strong estimating experience and good communication skills are key.
