The opportunity


We are looking for a senior manager who will play a vital role in the Company's ever-increasing sales and market.

As an Operations Manager working for Liquidation Max Inc

, your job duties include:

  • Develop strategic plans and priorities across multiple business departments, improve process and standards to drive business online and in the store
  • Direct the expansion and establishment of new locations, including market research, selection of business locations, staff allocation, training and daily operations
  • Approve budget plan and establish administrative controls over the departments of Retail, Wholesales, and Ecommerce of all locations
  • Lead and direct middle managers, and approve requests according to the company's strategy and vision
  • Represent the company in negotiations of wholesale trade

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education in a related field or program is preferred.
  • Strong people skills with at least 2 years of operationsrelated Leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution or similar environment.
  • Experiences and knowledge in organizing online auction sales including product listings, inventory management and logistics, order fulfillments
  • Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward unifying objectives is critical.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detailoriented and have good organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
