Responsibilities:

  • Install custom woodwork components, including cabinetry, paneling, trim, and fixtures, according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all installations, paying close attention to measurements, alignments, and finishing details.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to coordinate installation schedules and resolve any onsite challenges.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a woodwork installer or similar role, preferably in a commercial construction or woodworking environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Strong carpentry skills, including the ability to use hand and power tools with precision and efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship on every project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
