Technical Sales Representative

Reporting to our National Sales Manager, the perfect candidate will possess a strong grasp of the complete sales process, allowing them to identify potential clients and finalize deals. They must demonstrate excellent organizational skills to effectively oversee the daily activities of assigned accounts. To drive continuous revenue generation, this individual should have the ability to pinpoint new client requirements and innovate to enhance their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Nuera Industrial's products and services in the designated territory,
  • Manage existing customer base, ensuring top-notch service, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions,
  • Identify and approach new potential accounts to foster company growth,
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with key suppliers/partners to exploit opportunities in the assigned region,
  • Create a plan for regular collaborative visits with key partners,
  • Follow up on projects and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to strategize major installations/shutdown activities,
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with other Nuera team members (Inside Sales, service technicians), providing necessary guidance to ensure commitments are fulfilled,
  • Gather and exchange market insights with team members and partners,
  • Contribute to enhancing corporate strategies by leveraging customer and market knowledge, alongside understanding competitive forces and market conditions,
  • Play an active role in promotional campaigns, trade exhibitions, and conferences as needed,
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to monitor opportunities and quotations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completion of a college degree in a relevant field
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the industrial sector
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them into value propositions for customers,
  • Basic knowledge of financial aspects (ROI, total cost of ownership),
  • Familiarity with imperial and metric measurement systems,
  • Experience with conveyors and conveyor belting is advantageous,
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook),
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop robust business relationships built on trust,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Outstanding planning and prioritization abilities,
  • Customer-centric approach with sound business acumen to drive profitability,
  • Exhibits integrity and respects others,
  • Resourceful, proactive, and a team player,
  • Positive demeanor with a proactive mindset.
