Join our Team as a Security Guard
We're looking for experienced full-time security guards to join our team at Fleming College Frost Campus in Lindsay, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for guards who want to advance their security career or gain valuable experience for future applications in law enforcement or corrections. As you work with GardaWorld at Fleming, you'll receive additional training and experience to progress to higher positions. We prioritize growth and development for our team members, both in skills and compensation.
Pay Rate: $18.06/Hour to start, increasing to $19.16/Hour with experience and training
Schedule: Read the schedule below carefully; only applicants able to work the full rotation will be considered. Applicants unable to work the full rotation will be disqualified from employment consideration.
FULL-TIME continental rotation; two weeks days then two weeks nights Week #1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat / Week #2: Sun, Wed, Thurs (Guards will work week #1 and week #2 on days, then week #1 and week #2 on nights)

- Executing building evacuations during emergencies
- Valid security guard license and first aid certification
- Flexible work availability
- Clean criminal record
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Valid G Driver's licence with clean driving record (mandatory)
- Prior experience in the security field
