Reporting to the Marketing Director, the dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist for RC Coffee (sister company) and KioSoft, will be primarily responsible for driving digital growth for the RC Coffee and KioSoft Brands.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiative that includes budget planning, managing campaigns, and conversion optimization, that spans multiple channels (SEM, SMM etc.)
  • Drive initiatives and conversion goals such as lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness etc.
  • Identify opportunities to do A/B Testing and working on optimizing audiences, creatives, and landing pages
  • Analyze and create reports. Optimize the channel mix, spend, and strategy.
  • Actively investigate and identify opportunities to test and incorporate into channel strategy (i.e., optimizing audiences, creative, and landing pages)
  • Support the Marketing Director by implementing the overall digital marketing strategy that you would work with her/him on.
  • Plan and execute footfall and brand awareness campaigns across platform for our RC Coffee Cafés
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for our B2B brands across platforms.
  • Manage and report on App monetization on Google AdMob
  • Maintain the website and identify and continually work on oragnic ranking through SEO initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 34 years of experience in digital marketing or growth.
  • Experience building growth marketing experience in key channels such as paid social, paid search, programmatic.
  • Knowledge of SEO and best practices.
  • You are eager to learn new channels and disciplines. You stay on top of digital marketing trends and new platforms.
  • Datadriven. Happy to do your own analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics etc.).
  • Project and stakeholder management skills.
  • A selfstarter who takes initiative and wants to drive change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible to come in to work (Etobicoke) on an as needed basis.
  • Bonus points if you're a coffee aficionado.
This position is a hybrid role which will involve Remote and On-site
