Depuis 30 ans, Turbo Images conçoit, imprime et installe pour une clientèle située à travers l'Amérique du Nord des produits de lettrage et d'identification graphique de véhicules de qualité supérieure.

L'Account Manager / Gestionnaire de Compte doit établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients. Il/Elle doit également se tenir informé(e) auprès des autres départements afin de pouvoir répondre aux besoins des clients. En collaboration avec son équipe, il/elle est chargé(e) d'assurer une gestion efficace dans son secteur et doit constamment rechercher des innovations potentielles pour améliorer la performance de l'entreprise.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
**Établissement de Relations Positives**
- Établir et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients en répondant efficacement à leurs besoins et en résolvant les problèmes de manière professionnelle.
- Rédiger des correspondances professionnelles, des rapports, et des documents clés de manière précise et compréhensible.
- Faire preuve d'empathie en comprenant les préoccupations des autres membres de l'équipe et en adaptant la communication en conséquence.
- Sensibiliser aux besoins individuels des collègues et collaborer pour créer un environnement inclusif.

**Collecte d'information**
- Recevoir et analyser les demandes des clients ou des représentants des ventes afin d'identifier correctement leurs besoins.
- Contacter le client ou le représentant des ventes pour obtenir des informations supplémentaires, si nécessaire.
- Transmettre les informations pertinentes aux différents départements de l'entreprise, y compris les estimations, les graphistes, la production, les installations, etc.
- Obtenir l'approbation du client pour les visuels et les devis.
- Tenir des réunions avec différents départements internes pour planifier le travail au besoin.

**Ouverture de commande**
- Ouvrir une commande dans le système ERP, en veillant à inclure toutes les informations requises pour chaque étape du projet et chaque département.
- Confirmer la commande et les dates avec le client.
- Surveiller les commandes en cours tout au long du projet, en veillant au respect des délais.
- Vérifier le to-do CSR dans le ERP afin de ne pas avoir de retours négatifs.

**Installation**
- Rassembler toutes les informations nécessaires et les inscrire dans la spécification des installations des commandes.
- Gérer tout problème pouvant survenir pendant le projet. (Responsabilités partagées)
- Assurer un suivi de la satisfaction du client.

**Projet en cours**
- Communiquer avec le client et l'équipe actuelle sur l'avancement du projet.
- Fournir des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires ou autres sur l'avancement du projet.
- Gérer les événements imprévus et trouver des solutions pour atteindre les objectifs.

**Facturation**
- S'assurer que tous les éléments facturables sont inclus dans la commande avant de clore l'unité.
- Facturation à 80% des commandes expédiées mais non installées.
- Réviser et revoir les besoins pour... (informations manquantes).

**Marketing**
- Les gestionnaires de comptes doivent envoyer un courriel au marketing à chaque vendredi avant midi, contenant les commandes notables qu'ils ont passées cette semaine-là..

**Formation, diplômes, habiletés, aptitudes**:

- DEC - Administration ou toute combinaison d'expérience et scolarité Autonomie, débrouillardise, rigueur et bon jugement.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et soucis du service à la clientèle
- Adaptabilité, sens de l'urgence et bonne résistance au stress
- Capacité à gérer les priorités et à respect les échéanciers
- Sens de l'organisation, de la structure et de la planification
- Excellente capacité de négociation, d'analyse de situations complexes et de résolution de problèmes
- Attention aux détails
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Ordonné et motivant
- Grande capacité d'adaptation
- Facilité à communiquer et avoir un bon leadership.
