Responsibilities
# Conducts deficiency walks.
# Coordinates and supervises sub-trade work.
# Coordinates quality assurance reviews.
# Takes and coordinates progress photos.
# Tracks site progress and deficiencies.
# Verifies site conditions and coordinates with drawings.
# Coordinates, marks up and updates drawings.
# Coordinates work specific scope and trades.
# Conducts trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates.
# Inputs and updates deficiency logs.
# Participates in project meetings.
# Performs quantity take-offs.
# Produces as-built drawings.
# Sets-up and maintains record keeping.

Qualifications
Working towards a degree or diploma in a civil engineering related field.
A passion for working in a construction environment.
Experience with the application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
Self-motivation with a hands-on approach.
Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
