What you bring


You have experience working as a Developer focusing on apps, automates, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics (focused on Project Operations and F&O).

Your recent roles allow you to demonstrate your strong technical skills, a deep understanding of the Dynamics/Power Platform including capabilities and limitations; and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You are adept at working independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

Business Analyst:

Gather and analyze current business practices so you have a clear understanding of the business requirements for each project.

This may include working closely with stakeholders and other team members to gather and analyze the necessary information.

Innovate:

Configure and customize using Dynamics/Power Platform, and power automate including creating and/or updating custom entities, workflows, business rules, reports, and dashboards.

Use your knowledge of and experience with workflow design principles to create complex workflows that can handle a variety of business scenarios.

Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes to continuously improve service delivery and optimize user experience

Create:

Design and configure Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Finance and Operations) and PowerApps solutions: Based on the business design, configure Dynamics 365 and PowerApps solutions, including entities, workflows, reports, and dashboards.


Train and support:
Provide training on how to use new features and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation.

What you've got

  • Degree in computer science or businessrelated discipline;
  • 5+ years of experience in similar role and in particular proven success working in a Microsoft based environment using Dynamics Project Operations and Dynamics F&O;
  • Experience working with: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, CDS/CDM, PowerShell, Visio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform services, JSON,.NET, Microsoft Azure, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET, SharePoint, TSQL and PowerBI;
  • Technical knowledge of and experience working with SQL queries, PowerShell; and SharePoint online;
  • Would be nice to have PMP and/or PMI certification (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience working on business operation systems, deployment and training;
  • Would be nice to have PowerBI experience in relation to Dynamics;
  • Would be nice to have knowledge of Microsoft Server Management, Microsoft Azure Data Lakes, Microsoft Azure Administration, MS Teams, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, PowerShell, MS Exchange.
