**Fonctions et responsabilités**
- Sous la direction du gestionnaire des opérations, aider à atteindre les objectifs de l'opération de P & D (% de livraison à temps)
- Créer des trajets quotidiens dans le système pour les conducteurs.
- Gérer les performances des livraisons à temps
- Porter à l'attention du formateur de conducteurs et/ou du répartiteur dédié et du gestionnaire de conducteur tout problème de conducteur ayant un impact sur l'opération (P&D ou Dock)
- Se familiariser avec toutes les routes P&D et tous les problèmes, en résolvant les problèmes si nécessaire
- Effectuer la tâche de nívellement de l'itinéraire pour obtenir une efficacité maximale.
- S'assurer que l'équipement est conservé au besoin pour l'entretien
- Planifier les activités de P et D et la dotation en personnel nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs (et informer le superviseur de la répartition des exigences)
- S'assurer que les chauffeurs sont au courant de toutes les exigences inhabituelles en matière de livraison et de ramassage et mettre à jour le système TMS (Truck Mate).
- S'assurer que les chauffeurs sont informés de toutes les livraisons de rendez-vous, des collectes d'argent et des chefs de service
- Prioriser et attribuer les ramassages aux chauffeurs pour assurer une efficacité maximale.
- Connaître toutes les routes P&D et les zones problématiques
- S'assurer que tout le fret de rendez-vous est porté à l'attention du superviseur des opérations AM et est chargé de manière à assurer la livraison à temps
- Surveiller et suivre tout l'équipement tel qu'assigné ou déplacé
- Effectuer l'extraction du pilote selon les besoins
- Aider les conducteurs à résoudre tout conflit de manière professionnelle
- S'assurer que toutes les mises à jour dans Truck Mate System sont effectuées en temps réel pour les statuts de tous les camions et remorques
- Faire un suivi avec le transport de ligne au besoin

**Exigences et qualifications**
- 2+ années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Capacité à bien travailler sous pression dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de communiquer dans un environnement diversifié

- **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Under the direction of the Operations Manager, assists in achieving the objectives of the P&D operation (% on-time delivery).
- Create daily trips in the system for the drivers.
- Manage on time performance of deliveries.
- Bring to the attention of the Driver Trainer and/or Dedicated Dispatch and Driver Manager any driver problems impacting the operation (P&D or Dock).
- Be familiar with all P&D routes and any problem areas, resolving issues as necessary.
- Perform the route leveling task to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ensure equipment is held as needed for maintenance.
- Plan the P&D activities and staffing required to meet the objectives (and to advise the Dispatch Supervisor of the requirements).
- Ensure drivers are aware of all/any unusual delivery/pickup requirements and update TMS System (Truck Mate).
- Ensure drivers are made aware of all appointment deliveries, cash collects and C.O.D.'s
- Prioritize and assign pickups to drivers to ensure maximum efficiency.
- To be familiar with all P&D routes and any problem areas.
- Ensure all appointment freight is brought to the attention of the AM Operations Supervisor and is loaded in a way to ensure on time delivery.
- Monitor and track all equipment as assigned or moved.
- To perform driver checkout as required.
- To assist drivers resolve any conflicts in a professional manner.
- To ensure all updates in Truck Mate System are done in real time for statuses of all
