We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Detailer specializing in Ceramic Coatings and Paint Corrections to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1.

Ceramic Coatings Application:

• Conduct thorough surface preparation to ensure optimal bonding of ceramic coatings.
• Educate customers on the benefits of ceramic coatings and provide maintenance tips.

2.

Paint Corrections:

• Assess and analyze vehicle paint condition to determine the appropriate correction procedures.
• Perform paint corrections, including polishing, buffing, and swirl mark removal, to achieve a flawless finish.
• Utilize cuttingedge tools and techniques to restore and enhance paint quality.

3.

Detailing Services:

• Execute highquality interior and exterior detailing services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Pay attention to detail in cleaning, polishing, and protecting various surfaces, including glass, leather, plastic, and metal.

4.

Customer Interaction:

• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Communicate effectively to understand customer preferences and provide recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services.

5.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and clean detailing equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
• Report any equipment issues and assist in coordinating repairs or replacements.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive detailing with a focus on ceramic coatings and paint corrections.

Expertise:

• Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and equipment.

Attention to Detail:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality work.

Communication Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
