TopKrop Fertilizers Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as
_Agronomy Sales_. TopKrop Fertilizers is a locally owned and operated organization whose primary focus is on promoting soil and plant health.

Position Summary
TopKrop currently has a hybrid business model which includes both selling directly to farmers and building our dealer network.

This model requires someone who can be strategic for the mutual benefit of the farmer, the dealer, and our organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Understanding of soil science and traditional fertilizer programs.
• A Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent experience in agriculture retail, or a supplier in the fertilizer industry.
• Passion for innovative products.
• Selfmotivated and results oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent followthrough.
• An upbeat, positive, and teamoriented nature.
