Role Overview

We are looking for:

• A leader who can supervise and coordinate activities of a production team while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, productivity, and manufacturing excellence objectives.
• Someone who can provide management oversight and leadership to achieve operating plans, reinforce and monitor performance, and actively engage in department and site operations improvement objectives.
• A person who can meet certain certifications in the field and ensure all aspects/standards of the Responsible Care Safety Program are met.
• An individual who can communicate expectations, monitor team performance, and take corrective actions to address issues while ensuring HSE compliance, quality system requirements, and S&OP plan are met.

We count on you for:

• Leading Gases (Cypure and Fumigation) Team
• Ensuring the shift's production and quality meet specifications and that the team resources are adequate to meet the plan.
• Correcting any deviations from plan or standards and expectations, or elevating for further support in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing training plans for team members and identifying opportunities to delegate, develop, and empower them to achieve plan objectives.
• Interface with maintenance to prioritize work in the Cypure and Fumigation area and support execution.

• The ability to supervise and coordinate activities of production workers while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, productivity, and manufacturing excellence objectives.
