We are seeking a seasoned Technical Talent Management Lead with experience in the IT sector to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive strategic workforce planning initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, department heads, and sales teams to identify critical skill gaps, design innovative recruitment programs, and build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent.
Your strategic insights and data-driven recommendations will directly influence hiring decisions and position our organization as an employer of choice in the industry.
With your exceptional stakeholder management skills and in-depth understanding of the contact center integration landscape, you will forge strong partnerships with key vendors, staffing agencies, and industry professionals to optimize our recruitment efforts and ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
Additionally, you will leverage your technical expertise to support pre-sales activities and client negotiations, further solidifying our reputation as a trusted solutions provider.

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives.Serve as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to influence hiring decisions at the executive level.
Assist in hiring for roles such as full stack developers, front-end/back-end developers, and contact center integration technology professionals (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Engage, Cisco, Omilia).
Analyze workforce trends, identify key talent gaps, and design innovative recruitment programs to attract, hire, and retain top technical talent for the organization.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment department, including setting objectives, formulating strategies, and supervising their execution.
Manage and optimize the organization's network of recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and industry partners to ensure a robust and agile talent pipeline.
Regularly review and report on the performance of the recruitment function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.
8+ years of progressive experience in senior technical recruitment or talent acquisition leadership roles.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Expertise in workforce planning, data analysis, and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Bilingual (French) is an asset.
