Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled automotive Transmission Builder to join our team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for disassembly and assembling various automatic, standard and CVT transmissions and components. This position requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in working with hand tools and power tools and diagnosing.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose vehicle issue's confirm transmission faults.
  • Assess to provide customers with solutions.
  • Working in a team in conjunction with R/R technicians
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete rebuilds in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Builder or in a similar role preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive principles
  • Proficiency in working with hand tools and power tools and shop equipment
  • Ability to read fault codes and understanding them.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note:
This is a paid position.

Pay:
$35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
