The Manager, Account Lead Team is accountable for the management of account lead services and operations. This role serves as a strategic and supportive partner for CBI Health disability funders at every stage. Focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term funder retention through the effective delivery of consistent and exceptional services.


As the Manager, Account Lead Team you will call upon your leadership and problem-solving skills to promote value through customer experience while overseeing the account lead team with direct responsibility for supervising, training and mentorship, directing and establishing best practices, and striving for exceptional experience.

This role is remote within Canada.

Take an inside look at what you'll do each day

  • Champion and facilitate an understanding of the disability funder to drive in the optimization of rehab plans to deliver outcomes and customer retention.
  • Lead and inspire others through demonstrated behaviours, actions, and intentional leadership and development planning.
  • In combination with Business Development, assist in nurturing relationships with stakeholders and organizations that partner with CBI Health.
  • Anticipate funder expectations and communicate changes throughout the network.
  • Provide input into business decisions, service delivery models, and developmental opportunities.
  • Ensure that service delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure staffing requirements meet demand levels and assist in development of the overall structure
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

Here's what you'll need to be successful

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in related discipline.
  • Extensive Industry leadership experience (5 years) may include leadership in insurance, disability, rehabiliation, clinical services, account management, sales, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual, preferred
  • Passionate and strategic about customer experience and retention.
  • An understanding of disability management including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation and returntowork principals. An understanding of insurance standards and best practice is considered an asset.
  • Be results oriented, adaptable, well organized, and able to function independently.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication and multitasking skills.
