Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Process Invoices, purchase orders and maintain client commission records
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with analysis of financial data
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting
  • Provide support during audits and assist with compliance requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings

Requirements:

  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data entry and working with financial software/systems
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis is preferred
  • Familiarity with quick books online and payroll
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Note:
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred

Pay:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:
