Tâches du titulaire

Vous rejoindrez la Banque CIBC [Inséres le nom LOB]. Vous serez au cœur d'une équipe qui donne vie à des technologies novatrices dans le contexte de la transformation numérique de la Banque CIBC. En tant que conseiller développeur, applications, vous créerez, mettrez en œuvre et gérerez des solutions simples, flexibles et personnalisées qui améliorent l'expérience client sur les plateformes iOS et Android. Vous concevrez des solutions bancaires qui améliorent l'expérience client et contribuent à bâtir la banque de l'avenir.

Comment réussir

Expertise en systèmes de gestion – Agir à titre de spécialiste du domaine en ce qui concerne les systèmes de gestion. Faire appel à vos connaissances pour définir et consigner les exigences relatives aux données, aux flux des travaux, aux processus, aux systèmes, aux vérifications et contrôles internes et externes, et aux extrants pour vous assurer que l'application dépasse les attentes. Connaissances en programmation – Diriger la conception et le développement des spécifications, et procéder aux analyses de codes. Tester, déboguer, consigner et gérer les changements afin d'assurer la mise en œuvre et la mise à jour efficaces des programmes. Compétences en leadership – Agir à titre de chef d'équipe du développement mobile et exécuter des séances d'analyse de code avec l'équipe élargie pour vous assurer que le projet est en bonne voie d'atteindre les objectifs. Donner des conseils stratégiques et des recommandations éclairées aux membres de la haute direction, et se tenir au courant des tendances actuelles en matière de technologie.
