Sales Floor Manager to join their team in Mississauga.

The
Sales Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team members.

The
Sales Floor Manager will also be developing ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and generating sales department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of business products.


Our Sales team help our customers choose the right vehicle for them by answering questions, determining customer wants and needs, demonstrating and presenting the products that fit their needs, & providing an exceptional experience throughout the vehicle selection and purchase process.

Job Duties:

  • Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of Sales Representatives.
  • Complete monthly formal reports of Sales team performance.
  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, lease renewal rates, expense reimbursement forms, and other documentation.
  • Provide sales representatives with uptodate product information.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management.
  • Other duties as required.

What We Look For:

Valid OMVIC certification is required

At least 3 years of automotive sales experience is required
