The Role

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Reviewing all charges on group and conference accounts, reconciling billing, and creating invoices
  • Collecting payments and following up on outstanding accounts
  • Manage FIT billing and vouchers
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Managing corporate account billing and contra accounts
  • Reviewing and reconciling internal house account charges
  • Creating reports for management in various departments

Other duties may include:

  • Collection and distribution of mail
  • Processing online gift card orders
  • Banking change orders or dropping deposits
  • Various administrative duties

Education and Experience

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel required
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration (preference given to hospitality experience)
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive work environment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette

Job Types:

$21.00-$25.00 per hour
