What you will be doing:
- Act as a liaison to ADP, HR team and other stakeholders in implementing ADP (WFN).
- Lead all phases of the ADP (WFN) implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Golive and Post Go-Live.
- Collect, document & validate HR modules/ functional requirements, mapping to ADP (WFN) functionality.
- Configure ADP (WFN) to meet HR functional requirements.
- Provide internal status updates, noting issues and/ or risks with recommended resolution.
- Conduct training with the HR team to capably perform daytoday activities related to the ADP (WFN) system.
- Identify best practices/lessons learned and document/share internally and with ADP (WFN).
- Create, maintain and update HR process job aids as related to updating and maintaining employee information in ADP (WFN).
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the ADP system from an HR perspective.
- Gather and monitor enhancement requests, scheduled system upgrades, and complete necessary testing.
- Understanding of payroll processes and partnership with payroll to ensure highest degree of data accuracy and employee experience.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures: adhere/comply with company policies and procedures, and follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ADP Workforce (WFN) implementation.
- Project management experience with ADP an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with HRIS systems including its maintenance and support.
- Knowledge of HR data systems and data analysis tools with the ability to create ad hoc reports.
- Working knowledge of HRrelated legislation.
- Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with utmost discretion.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity with significant attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve and work under pressure in a deadline driven, fastpaced environment.
- Advanced to expert proficiency with MS Office specifically Excel.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or similar discipline required.
- CHRP designation preferred.
