Senior Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented senior software engineer to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to two key areas at Lime: Payments and Trust.
What you'll do:- Collaborate with leaders from various departments across the company to solve complex payment and fraud issues impacting Lime's performance.
- Develop robust engineering platforms capable of handling millions of transactions reliably.
- Utilize machine learning systems to enhance payment performance and risk management.
- Analyze data meticulously to propose data-backed solutions and strategic decisions.
- Contribute to shaping the engineering culture within the company.
- Assist in team expansion by coaching and nurturing engineering talent.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
- Demonstrate an owner's mindset with a strong execution focus.
- Possess technical proficiency to contribute to project design and implementation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with effective prioritization abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills to derive crucial insights from transaction data and user behaviors.
- Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in payments, anti-abuse, or fraud detection domains.
- Experience in collaborating with leads from various departments to develop roadmaps and success metrics.
The anticipated salary range for this position is CA$ 126,000.00 to CA$ 174, Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered.
