What you will be responsible for

  • Safely setting up and tearing down worksites
  • Protecting your team and clients with safety at the forefront all the time
  • Directing other TCP's onsite
  • Filling out and signing off on prejob paperwork, including FLRA's and TMP's
  • Communicating clearly with drivers, crews onsite and fellow traffic control personnel
  • Coming home safe to your family

What we need from you

  • Minimum 4 years of BC LCT experience.
  • Current TCP certification recognized by WorkSafeBC or equivalent provincial regulator
  • Drivers License with a clean driving record
  • Possession of and ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
  • Available to work Monday-Friday for different shift times
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of the LCT role, including but not limited to:
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Standing for long periods of time uninterrupted
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
