What's the ask?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting walkin clients and prospects
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Prepare, receive and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain supplies and front office manuals
  • Approve bills for payment, take deposits to the bank
  • Retrieve and scan policy documents
  • Support colleagues and management as required

What does it take?

  • Previous reception experience;
  • Strong customer service and caring attitude;
  • Demonstrates sound judgement, ethics and integrity;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to prioritize & adapt to work in a fastpaced environment;
