Our team is looking for an Employee Experience Lead who will lead employee development and experience initiatives including training, onboarding, and establishing frameworks for leadership, performance management, coaching, and sales training.

You will be responsible for creating strategies and recommendations pertaining to the ongoing management and maintenance of the learning environment and learning management systems.


What you'll do:

  • Conduct needs and effectiveness assessments for a variety of programs including rolebased required training, onboarding, performance management, leadership, and sales training.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to all levels of management and Human Resources team in the implementation, improvement, and intersection of learning/development and employee experience.
  • Research, develop and implement organizational development responses in the areas of learning and development, technical training, leadership, and other areas as assigned.
  • Provide expertise relative to the impact of learning, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership on daytoday employee experience, performance, and engagement.
  • Manage or oversee relationships with third party providers, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure training is aligned to desired intent and purpose.

What you've got:

  • A postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CPHR designation, or equivalent, is an asset.
  • Intermediate knowledge of a broad range of human resource practices, with specialized knowledge in training, leadership, employee experience, and/or retail sales.
  • Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Union's business and divisional business operations.
  • Ability to coach employees and managers, providing businessrelevant advice and recommendations.
  • Conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes.
