The incumbent is responsible for the Real Estate business loan portfolio.
This person will be responsible of developing Real Estate business products and facilitating the cross-selling of these products and services intended for the Real Estate Financing Group.
Responsibilities
- Carries out work in accordance with precise practices, policies and objectives and ensures the followup and completion of Compliance reports (KYC & AML) taking into account current legislation as well as the Bank's policies, programs and procedures.
- Participates actively in the elaboration of the business development plan for current and potential customers whose financial needs correspond to his responsibilities.
- Uses the expertise acquired in his field to analyze and explain various information.
- Maintains a good relationship with current and potential customers and provides them with a personalized service.
- Performs and submits annual reviews for Term and Construction loans.
- Identifies irregular accounts in his portfolio, communicates and meets with the customers to discuss their financial situation and determines which measures to undertake in order to correct the situation.
- Oversees the management of warrantees for the customers in his portfolio.
- Establishes his objectives (new authorized volumes of net balance growth, marginal revenues and credit management, etc.)
- Develops, maintains and optimizes communication with internal and external people involved in Real Estate business activities.
- Opens, modifies and closes financial files.
- Receives and answers borrower's request (i.e annual statement, partial discharge)
- Prepares and sends renewal letters for term and loan construction clients.
- Monitors Sales and partial release at the ongoing conditions.
- Ensures the quality of the services provided to users and customers.
Qualifications
- University degree in a related field preferably in Finance or business administration and 3 to 5 years of experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
