Job Title:
Senior Software DevOps/Network Specialist

As a key member, you'll be responsible for the design, installation, integration, and maintenance of diverse environments.

Your role will encompass providing 2nd and 3rd line support for IS/IT matters across multiple projects and managing both cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

Implement automation deployment and management processes, embracing infrastructure as code principles.
Offer end-user support for application-level requests within various projects.
Develop cloud-based solutions aligned with workload requirements, scalability, performance, and provisioning needs.
Ensure timely communication of issues, risks, and concerns to project managers and subject matter experts.
Integrate various software components, including commercial software, to establish stable baselines for repeatable testing.
Execute system performance test cases and implement improvements based on results.
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments.
Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot physical and virtual server environments and workstations.
Identify and recommend improvements for Compute, Storage, and Network resources, both in the Cloud and on-premise.
Produce necessary documentation such as network/system designs and installation support documents.
Resolve incidents, conduct problem determination, and perform root cause analysis in line with Service Level Agreements.
Analyze, investigate, document, and report on information security issues as needed.
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting DevOps environments and software testing.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Windows Servers, Ubuntu, Kubernetes clusters, and Cloud deployments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Tech, or related discipline from a recognized university.

Experience as a Windows server admin or SharePoint system admin.
Proficiency in executing verification, regression, and qualification tests for software releases.
Experience implementing security and data protection measures in various environments.
Proficiency in troubleshooting the latest Windows and Linux Server/client versions.
Strong understanding of IS/IT infrastructure components such as networking, security, and hardware.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining network security and integrity, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Proficiency in managing network devices like firewalls, routers, and switches.
Familiarity with standard project management methodologies, including project plans, issue tracking, and system testing.
Knowledge of various scripting languages.
