Join Moneris as a Bilingual Compensation Consultant

About Moneris: Moneris is looking for a talented Bilingual Compensation Consultant to join their team in Toronto, ON. This role involves providing analysis, modelling, advice, and governance to ensure all compensation programs support Moneris' business strategies and philosophy.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide integrated advice and support on total rewards-related issues
  • Align compensation programs with HRBP practices
  • Participate in annual short-term plan processes
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking surveys
  • Research and prepare reports on compensation issues
  • Assist in maintaining a job evaluation system
  • Take part in organizational design activities
  • Lead and administer the annual compensation cycle process
  • Support the annual sales compensation cycle

What You Bring:
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience with 2+ years in compensation analysis
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Sales Compensation
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in Hay Job Evaluation methodology
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English and French required
