Responsabilités :

  • Partenaire de confiance - Agir en tant que propriétaire de processus spécialisé, consultant commercial, intermédiaire, influenceur et réalisateur pour diverses initiatives en matière de gestion des données et d'éducation sur la gouvernance. Travailler en collaboration avec des partenaires sur des initiatives de programme, y compris le développement d'évaluations des capacités internes et la gestion des exigences réglementaires en cours.
  • Conseiller stratégique - Présenter des recommandations aux hauts dirigeants, en veillant à ce qu'ils comprennent les objectifs commerciaux, les changements ou défis anticipés, et proposer des solutions / prochaines étapes recommandées. Documenter, suivre et gérer les escalades des partenaires internes pour assurer l'alignement sur la stratégie et la visibilité des principales parties prenantes. Identifier les lacunes du programme et mettre en œuvre des améliorations régulières.
  • Gestion des relations et des partenariats - Développer et entretenir des relations productives avec des propriétaires d'entreprise désignés et des pairs des lignes d'activité, notamment la gouvernance des données, la gestion des données, le bureau de gestion de programme et les leaders d'entreprise.

Exigences :

  • Vous pouvez démontrer au moins deux ans d'expérience dans les services financiers, avec une compréhension des canaux, des processus, des produits technologiques et des opérations. Vous avez des compétences avancées en gestion de projet et en planification stratégique, avec la capacité de développer des plans/tactiques pour soutenir les stratégies et objectifs.
  • Votre influence a un impact. Vous savez que les relations et les réseaux sont essentiels pour réussir. Vous inspirez des résultats en vous faisant entendre.
  • Vous comprenez que le succès réside dans les détails. Vous remarquez des choses que les autres ne voient pas. Vos compétences en pensée critique aident à orienter la prise de décision.
  • Vous êtes un résolveur de problèmes. Vous avez de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et prise de décision : capable d'analyser des situations, de développer et de mettre en œuvre des solutions, souvent dans des délais serrés et en travaillant avec un large éventail d'intervenants.
  • Vous adoptez et défendez le changement. Vous ferez évoluer continuellement votre réflexion et votre manière de travailler pour offrir le meilleur. Des compétences de communication et d'interaction bien développées pour transmettre des informations factuelles et conceptuelles sur des questions nécessitant une explication/interprétation détaillée et communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
