Here's how you can make a difference in our mission:

  • Engage in various aspects of Grading, Excavation, Custom Pool Builds, Concrete Forming, Earth Moving, and Construction, which involve complete demolition and reconstruction of backyard landscapes, patios, walkways, pool surroundings, and more. This encompasses transportation and installation of clean fill, base materials like screenings/hpb, concrete, and others.
More specifically, apply your expertise in speedy cutting and pool construction.

  • Utilize a range of hand and small power tools such as shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, compactors, concrete saws, and more
  • Operate machinery like excavators, trucks, trailers, skid steers, dingos, power barrels
  • During winter, engage in snow plowing tasks: shoveling/snow blowing and salting as per assigned plow route
  • Offer support to your team members, ensuring a positive customer experience
In addition to the above, to be considered for our team, you must:
- hold a valid G Driver's license and have access to transportation to and from local Durham sites
- possess a basic understanding of the construction sector with a minimum of 1-year experience (winter experience is advantageous but not mandatory)
- have the capability to lift up to 60 lbs
- be willing to work in diverse weather conditions
- demonstrate the capacity to collaborate with a team, follow instructions, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
