12 Months Video Interview Responsibilities: - Delivery governance, meeting customer expectation Co-ordinate between various tracks and apps team Prepare and present weekly and monthly Reports Managing metrics CPI, KPI and SLA as per the SOW Managing customer escalation Participate in analyzing and mentoring of Mainframe sub-domains Front ending the Sev1 & Sev2 calls and drive the call until closure Understand and implement specific customer requirements Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating Skill Set Requirements Mandatory: -
  • Strong Background on Mainframe technologies especially in Infrastructure support
  • Exposure in z/OS and various subsystem like DB2,CICS,MQ and IMS
  • Knowledge of z/OS HW, LPAR, HMC
  • ITIL Process
Good to Have: -
  • PMP certified
Soft Skills/Other Skills
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written). Customer facing.
  • Good documentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
  • Should have a good customer handling skills
  • Able to handle unforeseen situations
  • High level of acceptance
