The Superstar:


We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, and has relevant experience in a previous role as a Logistics Coordinator or a Warehouse Coordinator.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a White Glove Experience to our clients and partners.
  • Transacts all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Plans logistics priorities with Warehouse Lead.
  • Coordinates deliveries/ shipments with carriers/couriers, and completes all required documentation (internal requirements & external requirements)
  • Performs Quality Assurance Tests on all incoming equipment and ensures turnaround times are met.
  • Processes orders efficiently, accurately and in full.
  • Executes warehouse protocols, procedures, and workflows in compliance with QA standard and Health Canada Regulations.
  • Prepares all system skids for shipping to new partners and conducts final Quality Assurance checklist.
  • Monitors shipments in transit & ensures safe delivery.
  • Assists with logístical preparation for various events.
  • Responds efficiently and accurately to internal divisions to ensure they are supported.

Required Education, Languages & Skills:

  • 1 year of experience of logistics, customer service or related fields.
  • Able to work in fastpaced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to create and update detailed records and spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional customer service management skills.
