  • Experience in a production greenhouse or garden centre an asset.
  • Be willing to participate in a team atmosphere, assisting in other departments as required.
  • Adheres to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Physically capable of:
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs from floor to waist and above shoulder height
  • Working above shoulder height for extended periods of time
  • Repeated movements
  • Bending, crouching, twisting, and kneeling repeatedly
  • Being on your feet for extended periods on concrete floors and in safety footwear
  • Tolerating temperature, humidity extremes
  • Must have Green Patch CSAapproved safety footwear.
