Our Onyx Underwriting Managers customize solutions for our high net-worth clients as well as lead and develop a team of underwriters.

They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk. They are people-centric leaders who truly care about the development of their teams and invest in their career growth.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  • Personal Lines underwriting, with a focus on the high networth segment
  • Responsible for the successful evaluation, documentation, selection, negotiation, and pricing for assigned policies
  • Sales & Negotiation
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with brokers and/or customers
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Operation leadership

If you have:

  • 10+ years of Personal Lines Underwriting experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Experience with overseeing change management
  • Completed, or pursuing your CIP or FCIP designations
  • Strong customer service background
