Lead and manage the delivery of key quality projects to support implementation of the global quality strategy, plans for quality improvement and organization learning to strengthen and report on Quality KPIs Execute continuous improvement initiatives that impact the KPIs including, but not limited to, initiatives for training and procedural harmonization Facilitate all aspects of the project life cycle including identifying project scopes, evaluating objectives, developing, and managing timelines, liaising with stakeholders, mitigating and resolving risks, supporting implementation, and evaluating impact Partner with other functional areas to establish and cultivate the Quality Culture at the sites and participate in various quality risk management initiatives Maintain on-site presence at the facility level when required to support teams throughout the projects for successful project execution as required Work cross-functionally with with relevant stakeholders to ensure understanding and ownership of deliverables Manage and resolve any issues that may arise between deliverables, projects or functional groups Participate in Quality risk management initiatives Partner with other functional areas to establish and cultivate the Quality Culture at the production facilitiesAs an experienced professional you will have...
