Labourers / Blast Helpers. Full time-permanent work available with the opportunity to learn and progress into Trainee Blaster or Entry Level Driller positions.

About Us:

Job Requirements:

  • Valid drivers' license
  • Fit and able to perform physical labour activities

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working outdoors adaptable to changing environmental conditions
  • Drill / blast experience is an asset
  • Mobile Equipment experience is an asset
  • Experience using small equipment/tools

Attributes

  • Highly motivated and driven individual who is willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good judgment/ability to determine unsafe/safe working conditions
  • Positive, cando attitude with friendly demeanor, and a team player

Role Expectations

  • Follow direction accurately and willingly
  • Undertake assigned tasks within a timely manner
  • Helping with Blasts
  • Manual Labour Activities
  • Use of small tools and equipment
  • Washing Equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Complete accurate daily reporting as required
