We believe that this role is ideal for a seasoned software development or automation professional with practical experience in the financial services sector, preferably in an international environment. Desired attributes include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. At least eight years of overall experience with a minimum of five years' experience in leading RPA and/or BPM initiatives within a financial services or investment management firm. Team management and people management experience is preferred In-depth knowledge of Microsoft PowerAutomate (preferred) or other RPA/BPM tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Camunda, Pega or Appian Experience developing and/or leading development in Python, Java, VisualBasic or C++ Strong understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC processes Experience managing staff in a finance operations role with demonstrated ability to create strong employee engagement. Staff development and coaching experience is required Demonstrated experience in training and developing staff in automation technologies and methodologies Knowledge of financial services post-trade operational processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards relevant to the financial services industry Ability to think critically, analyze situations, and develop creative solutions focused on efficiency and improving existing processes to solve complex financial and operational problems Highly organized with an ability to multitask while being able to meet tight deadlines Self-motivated, high degree of ownership and responsibility, able to work independently and manage a team If you are a results-driven person who thrives on rolling up your sleeves and problem-solving, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.
