For this role of Director of Finance & Customer Success, you will manage operational financial reporting, budgeting, and planning processes in all key business functions and play a leading role in ensuring the company meets it's short and long-term targets.

Our client is more than just a SaaS tech company – they are one of North America's fastest- growing healthcare SaaS solutions providers offering integrated practice management software, digital marketing and e-learning solutions to the aesthetic medical industry.

Our client specializes in serving specialized industry segments spanning dermatology, medspa, cosmetic surgery, women's health, cosmetic vision, dental and hair restoration.

Take a hands-on role in leading the financial reporting process including preparing consolidated financial statements, monthly management reports and analysis to guide decision making.

Prepare accounting records and documentation, including bank and credit card reconciliations, inter-company accounts, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and HST filings.

Manage year-end external audits and be the main point of contact.
Manage accounting controls and tools (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Ceridian, Float) and identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
Ensure compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
~8+ years' experience as a senior accountant, financial controller, FP&A or similar roles (strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate development).
