About the Opportunity:

Taymor is looking for a full-time
Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) to join our team in
Delta, BC
. This a hybrid
opportunity with a rotating in-office schedule**.


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the customer experience is exceptional and focuses on key and growth accounts.

Working alongside designated sales reps to provide beginning-to-end project support and accuracy, the Customer Experience Coordinator will support any product troubleshooting and provide detailed product information to fit the needs of our SFR and MFR-designated customers.

This role will also fulfill Customer Service day-to-day activities to include all requirements in Order Management.

Working with various teams within the organization to ensure end-to-end award-winning customer service delivery, your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the outside sales team in maintaining established relationships and contact with targeted distributor customers, identifying and servicing various requests
  • Providing service excellence to create a network of referrals to downstream multifamily developers, general contractors, and lowrise builders by offering an elevated level of service
  • Responding to customer's pricing inquiries, order status, stock availability, and any other inquiries, ensuring firstcall resolution
  • Monitoring the customer order journey from quote to delivery, providing followup on project order status to inform Distributor and Developers
  • Acting as a project coordinator in collaboration with Sales, Inside Sales, and Customers, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Recommending improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems

About You:


To qualify, you will need
1+ years in client-facing customer support, telephone customer service, inside sales support, or call centre experience.

In addition, the following skills and experiences are essential:

  • Demonstrated track record of providing service excellence that is responsive and solutions-oriented during an end-to-end sales cycle
  • Technical/mechanical aptitude to learn and troubleshoot customers inquiries regarding varied product lines
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Strong multitasking and prioritysetting skills


Experience in home build construction or a related industry, experience working with an ERP system, and the ability to read hardware schedules would be considered an asset.


Most importantly, you have an excellent solutions-focused approach to customer service and problem-solving, as well as being a positive, outgoing, and personable team player.
