Busy south side frame ship looking for an outgoing person with a happy, positive&mature attitude.

Excellent communication skills for building a comfortable rapport with customers and great attention to detail with good color & design sense required.

Duties include serving customers, helping them choose matting &frames, answering phones, follow up, data entry maintaining the showroom. Position also includes framing of pictures, including cutting frames glass & foamcore, drymounting pictures and assembly.
This is a physical job standing and bending over work areas & possibly lifting heavy pictures and material. Ideal for a detail
- oriented person, adept with hand tools and using imperial measurements.

A fast-paced environment, we are looking for someone who can represent ourphilosophy of going beyond the customers expectations. Extreme care handlingartwork is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and cut frames to fit artwork.
  • Assemble frames using appropriate tools and materials.
  • Mount artwork in frames using appropriate mounting materials and techniques.
  • Ensure that all artwork is properly secured in frames.
  • Clean and maintain equipment used for framing artwork.
  • Advise customers on the best framing options for their artwork.

Job Types:
