Nous recherchons un **spécialiste en conception EMC** pour se joindre à notre équipe de R&D multidisciplinaire

Nous venons de lancer un nouveau projet très stimulant et passionnant qui permettra au spécialiste en conception EMC d'être directement impliqué dans toutes les phases de la conception d'un produit. Relevant de l'ingénieur conception matériel sénior, nous nous attendons à ce qu'il/elle effectue diverses tâches allant du prototypage de preuve de concept jusqu'à la conception de haut niveau, tout en étant capable d'effectuer du débogage sur nos prototypes. De plus, ce spécialiste en conception EMC aura un impact direct sur les différents choix de conception de la nouvelle famille de produit que nous sommes en train de définir. Nous recherchons une personne polyvalente et passionnée, capable de prendre en charge de multiples tâches.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Collaborer avec les différents membres de l'équipe R&D sur la conception de nouveaux produits.
- Conseiller l'équipe R&D sur la mise en oeuvre des meilleures pratiques de conception EMC.
- Développer un environnement et une méthodologie de test pour simuler l'environnement d'utilisation du produit.
- Développer et/ou intégrer des solutions de blindage EMI.
- Développer et/ou intégrer des antennes pour des solutions de communication sans fil.
- Diriger la modélisation et les simulations physiques et électromagnétiques lorsque nécessaire.
- Créer des preuves de concepts et des premiers prototypes pour valider les choix de conception de produits.
- Examiner les concepts électriques et mécaniques pour optimiser l'intégration des antennes et du blindage EMI afin de garantir l'intégrité du signal.
- Concevoir et mener des expériences pour déboguer les antennes, le blindage EMI et les problèmes d'intégrité du signal sur les unités prototypes.
- Maintenir une documentation précise tout au long des phases de développement et de validation.
- Guider l'équipe R&D sur la sélection et l'interprétation des normes EMC applicables.
- Travailler avec des laboratoires externes pour les tests EMC/EMI.
- Former des techniciens en prototypage.

**Éducation**
- Maitrise en génie électrique, ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.

**Prérequis**
- 6 ans et plus d'expérience dans l'intégration et/ou la conception d'antennes et de blindages EMI.
- Intégration de composants radiofréquences et/ou expérience avec les appareils sans fil.
- Expérience significative de débogage de problèmes matériels et EMC/EMI à l'aide d'équipements de laboratoire (ex. : oscilloscope, analyseur spectral, VNA, etc.).
- Expérience significative avec les logiciels de simulation EM.
- Solide expérience en physique fondamentale et en électromagnétisme.
- Solide expérience en ingénierie de tests (méthodologie, planification, fiabilité, analyse de données, etc.).
- Travailler avec des PCB multicouches complexes à haute densité.
- Expérience de travail en étroite collaboration avec des ingénieurs mécaniques et des concepteurs de produits.

**Atouts**
- Conception et dépannage de circuits analogiques et/ou audio, atout majeur.
- Implication dans la conception d'un produit complexe qui a été commercialisé.
- Expérience avec le Wi-Fi et le Bluetooth.
- Expérience avec les dispositifs médicaux.

**Compétences générales**
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer en anglais et en français.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement des idées et des solutions de conception.
- Fortes compétences en matière de rédaction et de documentation.
- Capacité à travailler à la fois individuellement et en équipe dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et d'organisation; capacité à contribuer à plusieurs projets simultanément.

Selon les tâches quotidiennes à effectuer, le travail à domicile peut être possible. Cependant, comme nous avons souvent besoin de matériel de laboratoire et qu'une grande collaboration entre les équipes R&D est essentielle, le spécialiste en conception EMC doit pouvoir se rendre au bureau dans des délais courts si nécessaire.

We have just launched a very challenging and exciting new project which will allow the EMC Design Specialist to be directly involved in all phases of product design. Reporting to the Senior Hardware Design Engineer, we expect him/her to perform a variety of tasks ranging from proof-of-concept prototyping to high-level design, while still being able to do hands-on debugging. In addition, this EMC Design Specialist will have a direct impact on the design of the product family that we are currently defining.
